This award is for companies and organisations demonstrating the highest standards of customer care and service by adopting a positive and focussed approach to meeting customer needs. You can put yourself forward or nominate an organisation you know whose customer service has impressed you.

The OCVC Business Hub Training and Development Award

This award is for companies and organisations that can show positive commitment to on-going staff training, the provision of stimulating and supportive workplaces and the active development of all employees.

The Bicester Village Young Achiever Award

This award is for a young person (under 30) who has demonstrated creativity and vision in their business life. We are looking for someone who is a calculated risk taker, an innovator, a charismatic personality. You can put yourself forward or nominate someone you know.

The Bicester Vision Community Initiative Award

This award will go to an organisation that can demonstrate its commitment to the community. The judges will look for evidence of policies or projects that positively impact on the local community in terms of the environment, local employment, local education or charitable work.

This category is open to a person working at any level within an organisation who has brought financial and/or non-financial benefits to their organisation through their efforts. Entries are welcome from sole traders as well as larger companies.

The Chiltern Railways Small Business of the Year

This category is open to any business that employs fewer than 25 staff. The judges will be looking for evidence of business growth and vision for the future, management with the ability to drive the business forward, understanding their market and arrangements to respond to change.

The Business Link Start Up Company

This category is open to any business less than three years old. The judges will be looking for evidence of how start-up was achieved, growth to date, strength and stability of business, understanding of market, vision for next stage of development and investment plans.

The Sainsburys and Stockdale Land Employee of the Year

This award is for an employee who has made a positive and significant contribution to their company or organisation. Employees should be nominated by their employer or a colleague.

The Oxfordshire Economic Partnership Business of the Year

This category is open to any business that employs more than 25 staff or has an annual turnover of more than £5 million. The judges will be looking for evidence of business growth, a commitment to the local community including local job creation, proven success and achievement during the past 12 months, management with the ability to drive the business forward and a genuine commitment to staff.
