We are currently recruiting for a Coating Plant Technician for our Oxfordshire based client. The core purpose of the job will be to prepare, load and control the clients furnaces to produce parts reliably to very strict specifications.
• Operation and maintenance of the vacuum coating plant (C.V.D equipment).
• Process control via monitoring and adjustment of recipes
• Identification of suitable programs for individual runs (supported by Process Manager)

This role would suit either a technically minded person who has some experience of working within a process based manufacturing / production environment / or an A level calibre candidate covering physics or material science / chemistry.
