    Newspapers

    Bicester has two local newspapers:

    Part of the Newsquest group who publish the Oxford Mail and Times. They have a full time reporter at their office in Bicester’s Market Square. The Advertiser has weekly sales of 5,732 and estimated readership of 15,496.

    Published weekly and distributed free in the town but also on sale in several outlets has a distribution of more than 9,000. It is part of the Buckingham Advertiser Group published by Johnston Press and the editiorial office is in Buckingham. The editor is Rob Gibbard

    There is one local BBC station and 3 commercial radio stations that cover Bicester:

    Based in Summertown, Oxford covering all of Oxfordshire.

    Based in Cowley, Oxford covering all of Oxfordshire and parts of Buckinghamshire

    New station launched in autumn 2007 based in North Oxford covering most of Oxfordshire

    Based in Aylesbury covering mid Buckinghamshire and the Oxfordshire towns of Thame and Bicester
