Cherwell-M40 Investment Partnership (CHIP)

CHIP is a partnership between Cherwell District Council, local commercial property agents, Oxford Innovation, and local businesses.

We provide

  • Access to a variety of support services and assistance
  • Links to local business networks and key contacts

CHIP is focussed on the provision of high-quality industrial and commercial premises for companies located in North Oxfordshire.

The Cherwell-M40 Investment Partnership’s vision is for a dynamic commercial property market in Cherwell, with a range and quality of property that fully meets the requirements of occupiers, owners and developers, supported by a modern and efficient infrastructure.

CHIP is one of a number of related groups and partnerships dedicated to progressing the economic development of North Oxfordshire.
