Bicester Town Council

The Town Council has 15 democratically elected Councillors covering four wards across the town. Councillors are usually elected for a four-year term and attend meetings, at the Council’s headquarters in Garth Park, that cover Planning, Policy, Environment and Finance and Town Council Meetings.

Cherwell District Council

Cherwell District Council, as a founding member of Bicester Vision, remains active in its support for the partnership. Through its economic development service the Council works closely with Bicester Vision partners to provide support to the town's job seekers, budding entrepreneurs, existing businesses and inward investors.

Launton Settlement Trust

Grange Mews is a collection of well-appointed and well presented self-contained office units. Located in the heart of rural Oxfordshire the units benefit from proximity to junctions 9 and 10 of the M40, Bicester North and Bicester Town rail stations, and are on convenient bus routes.

Oxfordshire County Council

Transport is a key issue in Bicester, and improvements to local transport networks are crucial to ensure that people are able to move easily as the town grows. The county council is responsible for the transport strategy for Bicester; planning and delivering a transport network in conjunction with other providers that will support Bicester’s growth.
