Bicester at the heart of Bidwells’ regional growth

On 1 June 2015, long-standing Bicester Vision members, Meeson Williams Phillips, merged with Bidwells.
Meeson Williams Phillips has brought valuable local commercial property expertise to Bicester Vision, working for many local businesses on relocation, agency and lease consultancy, three local business parks, as well as being the commercial property consultants for the local centre sites on the strategic 1,000 acre North West Bicester development.

The Bidwells Oxford office now provides the full range of commercial property, building consultancy, land and estate management and planning, linking with the regional offices in Milton Keynes, Cambridge and London to service the economic growth in the ‘Golden Triangle’ region.

Bidwells is best known for being involved with the development of the Cambridge Science Park for Trinity College, starting in 1970s. Since then, the firm has built a detailed knowledge of the science and technology markets with the new Oxford team adding the Harwell campus to the portfolio of science park instructions.

Bidwells is closely connected and involved with Bicester’s economic growth, through its role on North West Bicester and working with many of the town’s growing businesses. Bidwells also recognises the importance of the regional context linking with the south east midlands economy.
