Edgars Limited

Edgars Limited

Edgars Limited was formed in 2001 as a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, offering 27 years experience in the construction and property industries. In 2007 the introduction of planning consultancy as a service, thereby extended the skill base to new and existing clients. As result of our continued desire to push for modern and sustainable development Edgars Limited was awarded Smarter Planning Champions status by Planning Portal in 2014. In 2015 the Quantity Surveying side of the business merged with PSP Construction Consultants. Now, most of the work undertaken by Edgars Limited focusses on Planning Consultancy. The quantity surveying service can be found at www.pspconsultants.co.uk.

As planning consultants, we provide a comprehensive, approachable and cost effective planning consultancy service to:

  • Developers
  • House Builders
  • Commercial businesses
  • Private individuals
  • Architects
  • Educational establishments
  • Charitable organizations and trusts
  • Parish Councils and Community Groups

With over 25 years in the public and private sectors, our staff have a broad but detailed knowledge of the planning system. We provide our services either in isolation or as part of a team of experts which we often co-ordinate or manage. With a wealth of experience to draw from and a commitment to our clients, we offer an informed and straightforward route through the often confusing and complex world of the planning system. Whilst having particular expertise in the Oxfordshire area, our work takes us to all parts of the country, including Wiltshire, London, the South-East, North-East and Wales.
